Intro to Yoga
I’m so glad you’re here and thinking about trying out yoga! My beginner classes are all about creating a relaxed, welcoming space where you can stretch, breathe, and move at your own pace, no pressure, no fancy poses required. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or just getting back into it, we’ll start with the basics and build from there.
When yoga flows to the rhythm of music, breath and melody entwine, awakening the body, soothing the soul, and nurturing a deeper sense of health and inner peace. It’s all about tuning into your body, calming your mind, and maybe even having a little fun along the way.
Intermediate Yoga
If you’ve been on the mat for a little while and are ready to take things up a notch, this intermediate class might be just what you’re looking for. It’s a 60-minute session focused on building strength, improving flexibility, and deepening your overall practice. We’ll flow through more challenging sequences, explore new variations, and work on tuning into the breath with a bit more awareness.
All abilities are welcome, but this class is best suited for those who have some yoga experience and feel comfortable with the basics. Expect to move, sweat (just a little!), and leave feeling strong, stretched, and refreshed.

BREATH WORK

Music and sounds are utilised to support breathwork, providing inspiration as well as rhythm and shifting tempos to help participants sustain focus on a pattern of breath. High frequency vibration is integral to music which supports each breathwork, aligned with an energetic ‘transmission’ from the facilitator.
Breathing for Beginners
We’ve all been breathing since birth. On average we breathe 20,000 times a day without even thinking about it and yet most of us have developed bad breathing habits that have a negative impact on our health and well-being. This 1.5 hour introduction to breathwork offers some simple practices to improve breathing and tap into the body’s breath superpower to control the nervous system, reduce stress and improve our health and wellbeing. Includes information about our respiratory system, tips on improving breath and a 30 min practical coherence “breathwork” session combining breath, with meditation accompanied by music.
Breathe Deep
A deep dive into our respiratory superpower. Join Clare for an exploration of our breathing. In this 1.5 hour deep breathe dive we will explore breath awareness, gaining practical experience with a ‘toolkit’ of various breathing techniques which can help to regulate our nervous system, deal with stress, improve sleep and help to retrain our bodies to fully use our breathing superpower. An interactive session that explores individuals’ relationship with breathing, culminates in a 30 minute practical guided breathwork session, supporting the needs of participants to connect to the breath in deeper ways.

SOUND BATH

Gassho – Introduction to Reiki, meditation, and mindfulness
If you’re new to Reiki or meditation, this workshop is the perfect place to start. We’ll cover the basics of relaxation techniques and meditation, followed by an open discussion where you can ask questions and learn more. After that, we’ll guide you through a mindfulness session and finish with a group Reiki share, allowing you to experience the healing energy of Reiki in a supportive environment. Lotus – Full body one-to-one Reiki treatment (Level 2 Advanced)
This advanced Reiki treatment begins with an initial consultation to assess your body’s current energy state.
